Holistic wellbeing coaching supports you in reconnecting with that sense of living well, offering space for reflection, intentional action and aligned change. It’s easier when you’re supported, and coaching provides that compassionate guidance and accountability along the way.

My coaching offers are designed for women who feel stressed or overwhelmed, experience fatigue, tension, anxiety or burnout, are navigating life transitions, and long to feel calmer, clearer and more at home in their body.

This work is not about fixing you - it’s about supporting your nervous system, restoring balance and helping you feel like yourself again through a compassionate, holistic and body-aware approach.

As an ICF-trained, internationally accredited wellbeing coach, my work integrates coaching with Japanese face massage rituals and body-based practices, supporting deep and lasting wellbeing. This means:

Initial Clarity Session

We begin with a conversation to understand where you are right now and what you want to change or create in your life. Together, we define what wellbeing and “living well” mean to you, exploring what’s currently working, what’s not, and where you need support.

Personalised Sessions

We meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, either in person in Berlin Mitte or online - depending on your needs and preferences. Through guided conversation and practical tools, we work towards your goals with each session ending in clear next steps you can integrate between sessions.

Ongoing Support

Between sessions, you receive support and tools as needed to help you stay on track, feel supported and continue moving forward without feeling overwhelmed or alone.

Together, we create a realistic plan that fits your life, helping you apply what we explore into everyday routines so this new way of living well feels sustainable over time.

Guided Wellbeing Program – The 8 Pillars of Wellbeing 

If you’re looking for a more structured journey, I also offer a 10-session guided wellbeing program based on the 8 pillars of wellbeing. Each session focuses on one key area: mental, emotional, physical, environmental, social, spiritual, occupational and financial wellbeing -  allowing us to explore your life holistically and in depth. You’ll receive a thoughtfully designed workbook to support reflection and integration between sessions.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on where you are now and where you want to be (present & future focus). Unlike therapy, which often delves into past experiences, or consulting, which provides solutions, coaching empowers you to uncover your own answers and take actionable steps toward your goals.

  • In our coaching partnership, we begin with an initial session to establish your goals and set the direction for our work together. Each subsequent session is structured then to support your progress:

    • We start with a brief meditation or grounding activity to center our focus and fully arrive into our session.

    • We'll then discuss your recent experiences and any developments since our last session.

    • Together, we define a specific objective for the session that aligns with your overall goals.

    • Through discussion and targeted exercises, we delve into the session's focus to gain insights and develop strategies. 

    • We conclude by identifying specific actions for you to undertake before our next meeting, ensuring continuous progress.

  • Yes! Sessions can be absolutely conducted online, making it easy to connect from anywhere in the world.
